But as you reported you have sexual dysfunction since 2 year while medicines were used in last six year , medicines may not be the reason behind sexual dysfunction. For premature ejaculation use following technique which is helpful in most persons. Use condom having gel which can reduce excessive sensation from top of the penis(glans penis). There are techniques called start -stop technique , and squeeze technique which can offer you more control over ejaculation. This will delay ejaculation over time. This techniques works by changing the conditional reflex of early ejaculation. Medicine like sertraline , escitalopram,peroxatine, clomipramine are also helpful in delaying ejaculation , this medicines are usally prescribed by psychiatrist for treatment of depression but for your condition they are also useful. I would suggest you to consult psychiatrist for further help if needed. Psychiatrist can also help you out through behavioral therapy in your condition.
