Hello, As per my clinical experience, the matter of ejaculation, even if it is premature, if done inside the cervical canal, one can get pregnancy via continuous efforts over a period of time. Because, ultimately you ejaculate early in cervix rather than prolong satisfied sex act, but pregnancy can not be a such major issue as mentioned here. There can be various reasons for infertility as: - Sperm count very low - Sperm motility related disorder or abnormal morphology - Smoking induced secondary changes - Testicular dysfunction - Female factors such as PID, PCOS, uterine abnormalities or others Take care.
