Addiction Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Cannot say in your particular case, but generally, Aspirin-like drugs that work on inflammation would be the first thing to try. This includes naproxen, maybe ibuprofen at high doses, and several others.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Matt Wachsman, Addiction Medicine Specialist
