Suggest Remedy For Poor Bowel Movements

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...Hi I'm 24 years old and 37 weeks pregnant, I am having trouble with my bowel movements. I need to go 2-3 times a day and have bad abdominal pain on the left until I go to the toilet. My stool is not either constipation or diarreah, it is sticky small pieces and is hard to release. Ive had this problem before I was pregnant, but now it has gotten worse over the last month. The burning stomach pains will last until I have emptied my bowels, and when I need to go again, the same abdominal pains reoccur. At first I thought it was normal braxton hicks pains some women get during pregnancy, but then realised these pains only occur when I need to go to the toilet. I have a loss of apetite and always feel bloated. I have consulted my family doctor and he told me to eat a lot of fibre, I have a healthy diet and eat plenty of fruit, why am I still getting these painful bowel movements? please help!

* This is due to constipated part of the bowel movements giving intestine
colic .
* Primary guidelines along with high fiber intake
- plenty of liquids .
- regular walking , light exercises , YOGA
- bulk forming laxative as Ispaghula husk after consultation with your
doctor .
- check the side effect of iron tablets or syrup , given during 3 rd trimester
pregnancy causing sluggish bowel movements .
