Suggest remedy for pimples on thigh

I have two pimple like bumps (largely viable) on my inner thigh and on my forearm. I had popped the one on my forearm, and got yellow puss out of it, but it has continued to grow. It is very red and irritated, same as the one on my thigh. The one on my thigh is very painful to touch, and is a deep red color. They are not open wounds, so they are defiantly not infected. I m just curious as to what they are, and if they could be harmful. Other than these weird symptoms, I have only had things like swollen feet, and the occasional headache (which are common for me).
