Suggest Remedy For Pimples On Anus

do you have a remedy for white pimples around the anus, I think it might be caused from preparation h have pinched them away and they have come back, to difficult to pinch away they are like a white head and do have a stinky odor, I am an esthetician but shy to ask for any help from anyone, please help.

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have hemorrhoids (piles). You should go for per rectal examination by general surgeon. Drink plenty of water. Take high fiber diet. Avoid constipation. Local anesthetic gel like xylocaine can be used for pain relief. If medical treatment does not help then surgery is the treatment of choice. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
