Hi,

First of all you should not have stopped treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus as it is very chronic and complicated disorder which virtually can affect almost every organ if untreated. For photosensitivity you can use any broad spectrum sunscreen and avoid sun exposure. Hydroxychloroquine is considered as first line drug for systemic lupus erythematosus and also protect the patient from photosensitivity.

Hope it helps. If you have any other question please do not hesitate to contact again.
