Suggest remedy for petechiae on thigh

Hello, I really need help on what I should do, it seems as if I have petechiae or purpura (I did some research because I'm quite worried), like a rash under my skin purple and red spots. It feels like it's throbbing, and kind of hurts. It's above my knee on my thigh area on the side of my thigh. Thanks for the help.
