Suggest Remedy For Persistent Mouth Ulcers

My wife has mouth ulcer since two years. She also tested bipsy in safdarjing Hospital. She never take any pan masala or tobaco. she was treated in LNJP Hospital And safdarjing Hospital from 2009-sept2010. Now she was takin aurvedic medicine. please advice me what i do.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain persisting mouth ulcer for 2 years can most probably be a malignant ulcer and as you have got a biopsy done the biopsy report needs to be understood along with clinical evaluation to rule out the exact cause of the ulcer and treatment has to be planned accordingly..

As of now if there is pain she can gargle with numbing mouthwash like Lignocaine for relief..
Take Ibuprofen for relieving pain and inflammation..
Take a multivitamin and an antioxidant tablet daily..
Gargle with 1:1 solution benadryl and milk of magnesia..
Avoid hot and spicy food and suck ice..
