Suggest Remedy For Persistent Dry Cough With Numbness In Feet

i am 67 year old female. Yesterday I began to feel poorly. I have a deep dry cough, and last night I got a chill and my feet were like ice cubes and began to cramp. Also every time I eat anything my stomach cramps. I know these seem like strange symptoms. Dont know if you can help or not.

If I was your treating physician I would have prescribed you Azithromycin antibiotic class of drug , if not allergic to. Plus Loratadine by mouth. Before breakfast take Omeprazole, to help relieve stomach symptoms.


Advised:-
*Go for some blood work and upload reports in a follow up query:-

1.Fasting blood sugar levels
2.Complete Blood Count with differentials.
3.Thyroid profile complete
