Suggest Remedy For Persistent Diarrhea, Nausea, Low Appetite And Chills

I started feeling nauseous last Saturday...Was feeling worse by Sunday evening.....Woke up during the night very achey and experiencing diahrea......I m been extremely ill since then....Minimal vomiting simply because I have no appetite...I also had chills so probably had a fever...The diahrea started to slow down only on Thursday.....Trying to eat a little to get my strength back but every time I do there is still a little diahrea ......And lots of air !.....Still feeling weak and very concerned about how long is normal to be feeling this way...So basically I ve been sick for a full week so far....Please give me your opinion

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, most of the diarrhea of this kind may be self limiting only hydration need to be taken care, in case of persistence symptoms antibiotic can be tried on tentative basis and best drug would be "Tab Doxycycline 100 mg twice in day for five days, for the nausea, "Tab Domperidone" 30 mg three times in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
