Suggest Remedy For Persistent Coldness Of Extremeties

This morning while in the tub, I noticed that there were purple spots on the bottom of both of my feet. They were extremely cold, and the purple color went away as I rubbed my feet and they got warmer. All day my feet have been cold (not purple though) and I am experiencing some tingling (which happens often). My hands and nose were cold as well. I turned on the space heater and covered with a blanket - also I had some hot soup. My nose has warmed up, my hands are warmer, and my feet aren t as cold. I just want to make sure I take the correct measures to alleviate the problem. I ve never noticed the purple before. It is a cold and damp day here also. Any suggestions?
