Suggest Remedy For Peeling Skin And White Colored Warts On Hands

Hi doc, i have had warts on my hands for the past few years. I have been to the dermatologist a few times and had them froze. They also used this liquid they said came from a beetle that caused instant blistering. After each time i went to them the warts kept getting worse, so i quit going. Now 1 year later i have many more warts and decided to use duofilm. After just a few days thick layers of skin have peeled and the warts are very white. Should i be concerned?

Hi Dear ,

As per your query you have peeling skin and white colored warts on hands . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like pityriasis alba , tinea versicolor , rosacea , vitiligo , impetigo and hormonal changes . I would suggest you to avoid any kind of cosmetic product , apply only petroleum jelly , avoid sun exposure and take benadryl twice a day . Consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may order allergy test , skin patch test and blood test to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may order anti bacterial , corticosteroid ointment and anti fungal .
