Suggest Remedy For Panic Attacks Caused By Social Anxiety

i have social anxiety to the point where i get short of breath and have to wait it out. i can sleep. i over think things and it stresses me out so bad that i get panic attacks. i moved to a new area and was taken off my medicine i was prescribed 3 1mg Xanax a day and 1 2mg Klonopin at night for sleep. i don't feel rite with out them and i don't feel like my self please help me
