Suggest Remedy For Painful Urination During UTI

22 yr old female 147 lbs 5'3 currently taking flexoril and celexa. I have had chronic utis for 10 yrs and I thought I was having one for the past two weeks. I have burning apon urination that is now constant pain instead of being relived after time in the area of my urethral spincter and urethra tubes. i also have frequency, cloudy urine, and i am not emptying my bladder completely. I had a UA done expecting to have a bad Uti but oddly there was no bacteria shown in the results. I was wondering what else could cause all of the symptoms of a Uti with the addition of no pain relief?<

I can understand your concern, this is may not be UTI because this can not long last up to years, this could be just a burning and dysuria and this is some time happen due to the low intake of water or may be due to some surgical condition like stricture of urethra, and this need to be ruled out and for that some investigation require, like IVP and ultrasonography, better get it done, hope this helps.
