Suggest Remedy For Painful Groin
I have been having pain in my left groin area. I am fine when I walk, but if I lift my leg to go up the stairs, sit down in a chair or bend down to put on my shoe it hurts. I have been taking 2 ibuprofen 200 mg 3 times a day for the past two days.Thanks for your help!

If you are and old age person your symptoms are pointing towards hip arthritis,
If I were your treating doctor I would examine your hip range of motion and any local tenderness and then decide plan of management.
