Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have painful in groin area . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like avascular necrosis, bursitis , hydrocele , inguinal hernia , kidney stones , pinched nerve , sciatica , tendinitis and urinary tract infection (UTI) .I would suggest you to consult general practiioner for proper examination . Doctor will examine physically by palpating the area and order urine test and blood test . Doctor may also order CT scan or ultrasound . Doctor maay refer you to urologist for kidney problem or orthopedic surgeon for bone and muscle problem . I would suggest you to take proper rest , apply warm compresses on back and groin area and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
