Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of started having pain in right Buttock and leg when starting to sit or stand. The pain turned into a major burning feeling in scrotum. GP gave antibiotics which fixed the burning problem, but still have sever pain right when you try to sit and right when you try to stand.
This indicates that you have a basic problem in the spine; there may be some disease affecting the spine or disc pressing on the spinal cord.
I would advise you the following:
Clinical evaluation by a General Surgeon, Orthopedic surgeon and MRI of the spine and other investigations as suggested by them.
Get the proper treatment as per the findings of clinical examination and reports of investigations .

General Surgeon Dr. T Chandrakant's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of pain in buttock and led , the scrotal burning went away.
Such type of pain is indicative of sciatica may be with localized pains due to intervertebral osteoarthritis and inflammation thereby.
I would advise MRI of the spine and the treatment will be as per the findings of MRI and clinical evaluation by Neurosurgeon.
I find this answer helpful
