Hello dear,
I understand your concern.
In my opinion the pelvic pain might be muscular pain.
Some non specific pain appear in pregnancy which subside spontaneously.

Take panadol for pain.

Induction of labour is indicated when:-
1) Pregnancy passing out EDD with no natural onset of labour pains.
2)Termination of pregnancy for any reason at term.

Before induction the bishops score is taken into consideration where different parameters like cervical consistency, position, dilation, length etc are taken.

If the score is less the success of induction will be less.

So I suggest you to consult doctor and get examination done for the evaluation of bishop score.

If the score is good induction can be tried.

So relax.
Hope this helps.
Best regards...Dr.Srilatha
