Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Knee

Hi. I have had a lot of pain running from my knee down to my feet (mainly in my feet) when I have a bowel movement lately. Nothing else hurts but this foot pain gets so bad its hard to deal with. Any idea what this could be? I am 5*5, 27 yr old with no major med history.

Hello,

The complain you mentioned suggest that there is a spinal muscles weakness leading to nerve entrapment anywhere in its course. Due to which there is pain in the feet. You need to focus on strengthening the core muscles and the lower limb muscles which should help the pain to reduce. Follow 3 days a week for 4 weeks with a combination of stretching and strengthening. 20 minutes a day.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
