Suggest Remedy For Pain In The Knee Joints

Hello I am 17.5 years old..... Whenever I wake up at morning i feel pain in my neck and sometimes back also..... Pain lessers after 2-3 hours but today pain is not leaving...... First time i suffered from this pain 2 years ago.. I also have pain in my knee joints...... Even at such small age i feel that i have lost my health....... I cannot put my bag on my shoulders for more than half an hour because it stats paining........... I am very depressed due to this.. Plz tell me any solution.....

Hello,
Thanks for the query.
Most probably the causes will be ligament or cartilage related problems.
As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopaedic and get evaluated, An MRI knee joint is needed.
