Thanks for consulting the Physicians at HealthCare Magic. I have worked through your case thoroughly, and I can easily realize your health worries. Being your physician, I reassure you not to worry as things will settle down very soon.
If I was Your treating physician, I would have prescribed you Metronidazole and Ciprofloxacin regimen of antibiotics if not allergic to, along with Fiberall with plenty of water. The pain is due to infection and cramps in the intestinal muscles. Hyocyamine is best prescription drug for that too. Consult your physician for prescription of all aforementioned drugs.
May you get very well soon and have a wonderful time ahead. Please don't forget to give your valuable feedback to help us assist you in a better way.
Regards!

Suggest Remedy For Pain In Stomach While Suffering From Gastritis
Hi there. Thanks for the query. Such presentation goes in favour of Duodenal ulcer. These ulcers pain in the region of the stomach and once you eat food, the pain decreases. About spicy food, tea, coffee, colas, alcohol, hot or cold fluids, junk food, oily food. Avoid smoking. Kindly consult your Gastroenterologist to help diagnose the condition with endoscopy for confirmation. You can try Sucralfate syrup which costs the ulceration and reduces pain to a great extent and helps it to heal. Thanking you. Regards, Dr. Aashish Raghu
