General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of operation on right side 2 years ago and development of pain on the same side 7 months before which turned out to be epididymo- orchitis.
The recent ultrasound shows mild atrophy.
Although nothing special can be done, you still need clinical evaluation and investigation to see for any treatable cause and get treated properly.
Consult a General Surgeon or an Urologist.
Keep away from hot and humid atmosphere.
Use loose underwear and pant.
Get the semen analysis to see the sperm counts and other abnormality.
Plan the family accordingly since your are married.
