Suggest Remedy For Pain In Knee
Hello I was doing some stretches and was bending my knees towards my chest while laying down on the floor my legs were in a criss cross shape and I think I stretched a little too far. my right knee made this crack noise like when you rip meat apart like it was tearing or something and it has been like a month and it still hurts. What should I do? Please help
