Suggest Remedy For Pain In Jaws, Swollen Lips And Bleeding Mouth

Hello I was hit in the face a few weeks ago which caused bleeding to my mouth, my lip swelling up, pain to my jaw.

I found that there felt like a lump to my right side of my chin and my jaw still hurts. When I try to eat my mouth hurts and my right side of the face feels heavier than the other side.

What could this be?

Hi
you shouLd go through a thorough facial examination ,intraorally and extraorally . An extra oral xray (depecting the bones of your face )will rule out fracture of any facial bone or TMJ . The symptoms you have mentioned point towards a TM JOINT injury .Also a thorough intraoral examination is needed to check any mobility of tooth . An oral surgeon will determine the nature of injury and the possible intervention needed . take care
