Suggest Remedy For Pain In Chest While Treating Cold

I have been sick with a cold and last night when I was walking around I started feeling a pain in the top left side of my chest next to my collar bone kind of and I have this flutter feeling almost like I am going to faint off and on several times a day what would that be?

Hi thanks for asking question.
Here you have two possibilities mainly.
First along with common cold you might have acute bronchitis also.
For that if infective antibiotic needed.It is better to dy your complete blood examination to see for total count and neutrophil count.If it is high chances of bacterial infection and if eosinophil high chances of allergic infection.Viral infection will show high lymphocyte count.
Second there is also possibilities of simple musculoskeletal pain because of excessive cough or improper sleep posture.Take simple analgesic for that.
If still other symptoms develop like fever , difficult breathing then pneumonia like infection can be thought and for that x ray can be taken.
Here respiratory cause are more likely as compared to heart problem.
