Suggest Remedy For Pain In Chest On Taking Deep Breaths

Hi. I am a healthy 38 year old female. I have pain when I take deep breaths on the left side of my chest under my breast. The pain goes up my chest through my neck into my left shoulder only when breathing in deep. It feels like I have air bubbles in my chest. It is somewhat painful when taking a deep breath. I have no other symptoms. This started three nights ago. It seems to be off and on throughout the day. I don't notice it at night. Do you have any suggestions of what this may be?
