Suggest Remedy For Pain In Arm After Lifting Heavy Objects

I was lifting something very heavy this afternoon and heard something pop and felt the pop in the middle of my hand. No immediate pain but horrible pain up to mid arm on the underneath now. And it seems to be getting worse... Know what this might be or what I could do

I feel sorry for the pain you have due to this activity. Actually this is muscular spasm due to heavy weight lifting. Our muscles have a well defined power and a specific tensile strength. Everybody should have to work according to the capacity and physique he have got.

We can increase this strength and can make the body more strong with better endurance. Thats why weight lifters in the gyms can lift heavy weights. They have built their muscles gradually.

Management:-
Apply Bengay Ultrastretch Ointment on the affected area and massage it.
Apply ThermaCare Heat Wraps around the painful area.
Take Ibuprofen three times a day for relief of inflammation and pain.
Take plenty of water and give rest to your arm.
