Suggest Remedy For Pain In Abdomen And Back

Experiencing extreme pain in abdomen and same region in the back of me. Feels like needles stabbing me over and over again to the point of being doubled over and in tears. I get migraines and i had one wednesday and in the early morning hours of thursday the pain in my stomache and rear has been excrushiating. laid in bed all of thursday. Went to work today as systoms not as severe. Also, my urine is darker than usual

i would like to know your age, gender,smoking alcohol/any other addictions?
are you currently taking any medication?any other medical condition you forgot to mention?where exactly is the pain?upper abdomen?
i would suggest you to visit a physician for thorough clinical examination and investigations if required..
the details you have provided aren't sufficient to come to a conclusion..
if you are over 30 yr age smoker and pain in upper abdomen rush to hospital as soon as possible..even if it is otherwise approach your doctor at the earliest possible..
