Suggest Remedy For Pain Below Breast, Diarrhea And Bloating

I have a funnt taste in my mouth, pain in my right side below my breast, some diarrhea my upper tummy is very swollen when I bend down to tie my shoes it seems like I have a lump on rib cage I wake up with nausea sometimes and lots of heartburn. I am a diabetic take 60 units a.m. and 60 units p.m. of levemer also 2 tabs metform am. and 2 p.m. 1 50 MG TAB HYARR DAILY

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of funny taste in mouth, pain in right side below breast, diarrhea, swollen upper tummy, feels like a lump on rib cage when bend down to tie shoes. Also noted that you are diabetic, taking 60 units in the morning and 60 units in the evening Levemer, Metformin and Hyarr.
As per the history you have provided, this looks to be entero-colitis causing infection and inflammation of the small intestine and most probably of colon.
I would advise you the following:
Send the stool for tests.
Blood tests including HbA1c, blood sugar and all relevant tests.
A course of an antibiotic will help to have control of the infection.
Daily monitoring of the blood sugar and changing the dosages of the insulin will help to have proper control of diabetes and hence the infection too.
Also take probiotics, multivitamins and symptomatic and supportive management
Once the intestinal infection gets under control, the mouth taste will automatically improve.
