Suggest Remedy For Pain And Swelling In Back Of Knee

Hi I suddenly started getting An aching feeling in the back of my knee a few weeks ago & was very painful to bend & straighten... Eased off a bit, but is swollen behind the knee & I can t straighten my right leg fully..stiff after I have been sitting for a while in the 1 position

Swelling behind the knee may indicate inflammation and/or infection of the bursa in that area.

If there is no infection present then using anti inflammatory pain killers such as ibuprofen, naproxen or cataflam may help to relieve your discomfort.
In addition, using cold compresses and wearing padding to prevent further injury may also help.
