Hi, I have a 16-month old baby girl and I noticed that she has what appears to be a hemorrhoid or wart or skin tag or something right at the opening of her anus. I m very concerned about what this is. She is in some pain when I wipe her after a bowel movement. Any advice?

The symptoms of the child seem to be related to hemorrhoids.
I suggest using anti hemorrhoid cream for local application.
I also recommend giving a fiber-rich diet to avoid constipation.
