Suggest Remedy For Pain And Soreness In Lower Back Post Injury

hi i slipped down some stairs and hit my lower back against the edge. luckily no cuts or contact with the head, but lower back (right side, above the buttocks) is sore when pressure applied (feels like a deep bruise). no pain when sitting and minimal pain (like general soreness) when walking. I only feel some pain when I apply direct pressure to spot of impact. Any reason to be extremely concerned given that pain feels minimal except when I apply direct pressure to the point?

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having some pressure injury over coccgeal region producing pain while touching on affected site.
There are all chances of having sub-laxation or fracture of coccyx or coccyx joint.
Go for x-ray of coccyx region rule out partial dislocation or fracture.
Avoid sitting position for long time.
Use some cushion while sitting.
Ok and take care.
