Suggest Remedy For Overall Strain On Muscles In Neck While Singing
Three weeks ago I was put in a strangle hold in a street crime..I am a vocalist who must sing several hours a week to survive.....I have noticed that my upper registers are affected and there is an overall strain on the muscles in my neck while singing...I have no insurance or cash for an exam..so is t5here anything you can recommend to help in the healing...exercises?..suppliments?...cold or hot compresses ?...THANKS
The neck muscle spasm persists or increases along with time as neck is continuously moving when awake and you are a singer too. - Street brawl can cause such spasms that may manifest later. - Since you have no insurance you can start taking Ibuprofen as anti-inflammatory and painkiller. - Apply rubefacient liniment to sooth muscle spasm. - Take rest for some time at least to hasten the recovery. - You can apply heat to the affected area.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
