Suggest Remedy For Open Sores In The Mouth

I have an open sore on the roof of my mouth that is very painful. I think it was caused when I bought a milkshake a few days ago and tried to suck it through the straw but I can't remember if that's what caused it. At any rate, I am slightly worried about it because it hasnt gone away. It hasnt gotten any less painful but I think the spot may be getting smaller. Should I be worried?

Hai.it could be traumatic due to the use of straw as u mentioned, or due to some infection, or multivitamin deficiency. Please apply topical application gels containing anaesthetic &antibiotic component &apply for 2 to three times daily.

If still it persists please visit a dentist to get it treated
