Suggest Remedy For Open Pores And Facial Hairs

Hello doctor, I have a lot of open pores and get facial hair. To remove it every week through waxing and threading is not only painful but heavy on the pocket as well. If i dont do it, it looks really bad as the air is hard and thick and has led to low self confidence in me. Pls advice on how can I get rid of it painlessly and with a healthy skin.note: the first daughters on my fathers side have the facial issue

1. your concern is grade 1 acne , which usually may present as open pores, black heads and white heads.
for which you can try retino AC micro 0.04% cream once daily bed time on moisturised skin.
2. unwanted facial hair is termed as hirsutism, there are numerous reasons for hirsutism which need to be evaluated.
3. have reviews about diode laser for permanent hair reduction.
this will solve your hirsutism issue don't worry.
