Suggest Remedy For One Swollen Tonsil In A Child
My daughter of 9 has one swollen tonsil, and it is shaped a bit like cauliflower. It has flaps or ridges. Never seen anything like it. She doesn't seem to feel bad, no fever, not sore, no congestion, maybe a little low energy. It just feels like something is stuck on her throat.

Lymphoid tissue grows from birth to 12 years.
So, it is not surprising to find big tonsils in a 9 year old girl.
If there is no infection or problem no need of medicines.
The size will decrease after 12 years of age an come to normal size soon.
