Suggest Remedy For Ocular Migraines

I am experiencing what I believe is occular migraines in one eye. It seems to occur when I don t get enough sleep. My vision becomes blury but only for about 20 mintues. Can it cause permenent damage? I looked at the abstract of the article that seems to claim half of people who experience recurring migrains go blind:Grosberg BM, Solomon S, Lipton RB (August 2005). Retinal migraine . Curr Pain Headache Rep 9 (4): 268–71. doi:10.1007/s11916-005-0035-2. PMID 0000.
