I have been dizzy this week. I almost passed out Monday night and had to hang onto the door frame with both hands and thought I was going to pass out. That was scary!! I seem to get dizzy when I get up out of bed or a chair and I have been doing so slowly. I worked out twice this week and didn t have any dizziness. I went out with my friends last night and danced several times and didn t have any trouble. I had a dizzy spell once before and doctor prescribed meclizine. I have taken one of those the last 3 days but doesn t seem to help.
