General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is understandable to be concerned.

The increased weight may be contributing to polycystic ovarian syndrome. One of the possible symptoms of polycystic ovarian syndrome is increased or abnormal hair growth.

Weight loss would help. This can be achieved by a change in diet and increased physical activity.
There are different diet plans available, you should choose the one that best suits you.

If it difficult to do on your own, you should consider joining a group, visiting a nutritionist or a doctor specializing in weight loss.

I hope this helps
