Suggest Remedy For Numbness In Hands

I wake up frequently experiencing numbness in my hands. Especially the left. Its the entire hand not just my fingers. I thought that it might be from me sleeping a certain way until it started happening while im awake. If i lean to the left or sit a certain way my left hand will begin to tingle followed by numbness. What should i do. I am 27 yr old female

It may be carpel tunnel syndrome. I think you should go to an orthopedician for examination for that problem . as this problem is more in female and exacerbate during pregnancy. I think you should go to the orthopedician for ruling out carpel tunnel syndrome.
