Hello
Welcome to Health care magic.

I went through the history you have provided here. It seems from the history that you are having numbness of eyes following a injury after a bug hit your eye. This is not because of muscle spasm but appears to be because of impact of the i jury. This needs to be evaluated to look for the damage to any of the intraocular structures. As of now you can use antibiotic eye drops and if you have any symptoms like pain, redness, blurring of vision you need to consult your eye doctor for evaluation and treatment accordingly.

Do write back to me for further questions.
Wishing you a good health.

Thank you
