Suggest Remedy For Nose Burn In Nostril With Constant Running Nose

Hi. I have a nose burn in my right nostril.and a constantly running nose.ive been checking the inside wall of my nose and it has been losing layers and i can feel a sort of small well burnt into my skin from the misuse of cocaine over a few months. Im guessing This may vary on each person depending where the coke hits the side wall.this burn may help me to stop the misuse.can i get help with that?..but my question is. Is there a way too sooth the burn in the aftermath?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern..

As per your complain it seems that due to snorting cocaine there have been inflammation and peeling away of the nasal lining and in long term usage there can also be perforation of the nasal septum..
Due to inflammation in the lining of the mucosa as well as inflammation of sinuses there is burning sensation as well as there is nasal discharge..
I would suggest you to completely stop snorting cocaine..
You can pot steroid nasal sprays and ointments to relieve burning..
Anti-inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen can also help..
Do cool compresses over the nose..
In case if still there is no relief consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..
