Suggest Remedy For Nose Blocks And Mucus Creations

Hi,Since last few months i have been experiencing serious nose blocks and mucus creations.. Everytime doctors tell me its due to climate change and i have allergy. Its getting very difficult for me to handle it. I now always carry Otrivin. Also when my nose is open; thick mucus discharge is produced. Am afraid of having any serious infection in nose. I take steam once daiky and gargle twice. I get only temporary relief. Please tell me what should i do to get this under control. Will taking Noblok tabs (by lifestar pharma) help?

yes, you have allergic rhinitis problem.
Dont become otrivin addict or your problem will increase later.
You cannot get rid of an allergy but surely you can decrease its concentration in body by taking regular medications like steroid nasal sprays and anti-allergic tablets. These dont have any side effects and you can continue for couple of years. If not treated, the nose blocks will lead to sinusitis and later polyp problem, which is relieved only by a surgery.
So i suggest you to seek a opinion of an ENT surgeon.
