Suggest Remedy For Nocturnal Emission

Hello sir, since past 2 yrs i am suffering from nocturnal emission. In the beginning it was like a normal nightfall where i see an obsene dream , but after wards it became regular and without any dreams. I have tried everything from alophathic to ayurvedic medicines still i have not got any solution. It is making me sick, depressed and my hair is also falling. Plz suggest.

Nocturnal emission now and then is a normal phenomenon. If you have not had sex/ejaculation for many days, ejaculation may occur during REM sleep. (REM sleep is one of the stage in sleep cycle).
So you have not provided information regarding how frequently are you having nocturnal emission ,your age and sexual history. According to me if one doesn't ejaculate/have sex/masturbate for very long period, nocturnal emmissions occur.
You may consult your local doctor about this. And your hair fall is not related to this.
