Suggest Remedy For Multiple Sclerosis?

Hello my son was diagnose with multiple sclerosis last year in may. He is having a hard time dealing with it and refuse to take the injections that the doctor recommend and I do not know what to do. He has these mood swings that he could be very mean and very angry. What can I do to help him?
