Thank you for choosing HCM

From your description, it seems that you have a migraine. A migraine is a recurrent type of migraine which occurs due to a trigger factor. In your case, it seems that the trigger factor is sun light. Avoiding sun light or drinking a lot of water will help you prevent the migraine as well.

Here are a few things you can try to help you:
Drink lots of water
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day
Inhale steam mixed with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages
Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache

Try this for 5 days and then follow up. All the best. Wishing you a speedy recovery.
Hope this helps you
