Hi doctor, I have been suffering from migraine from last 3 years. It generally happens due to Low consumption of water or Acidity. I can t control both due to work. It s more like occupational hazard. Earlier I used to get an attack once a month. But now it s more regular like thrice a week. Generally I get more attacks in summers than in winters. Usually I take vasograin and apply balm on forehead. It helps a lot and my headache vanishes within 15 mins or maximum 1 hour. It pains like hell during an attack. I switch off all the lights and shut all doors and windows to stay away from light and sound. I request you to please suggest a remedy that can completely eradicate migraines from my system.
