Hello,
Your symptoms can be due to simple anxiety disorder or organic. Getting following blood test will help to rule out any organic cause behind these symptoms- blood pressure reading, bl. sugar, Hb%, kidney and liver tests, TSH.
If they are almost normal then the root cause is anxiety and can be managed with meds like- sertraline or paroxetine. There will be significant improvement in one to two weeks of treatment. The meds should be continued for few months after having complete improvement.

Wish you good health.
