Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. From the description (if the description is correct) it seems that your sister is having amnesia. Amnesia is of different types and proper evaluation and treatment is required. First take your sister to a physician and the physician should decide what type of treatment she needs. Psychologist can do a bare minimum in amnesia. Probably you need to visit a neurologist.

If you require more of my help in this aspect, Please post a direct question to me in this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible. I shall prescribe the needed psychotherapy techniques.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
